Outpatient: Cloxacillin 500mg PO q6h for Cephalexin 500mg PO q6h for 5-7days Duration of therapy for 5-7 days

Inpatient: Cloxacillin 2g IV q6h Cefazolin 1gm IV q8h extending to 10-14days
