▪ Mild to moderate
OR PLUS pancreatitis
Meropenem 1gm IV q8h Metronidazole 500 mg IV q8h ▪ Severe acute pancreatitis
▪ Sterile necrosis
CT guided needle aspiration
for gram-stain & culture
should be performed
